PulseCheck First Aid Terms and Conditions
Bookings
Bookings may be made through the PulseCheck First Aid registration page, e-mail, or telephone. By booking a course with PulseCheck First Aid, it is assumed that you accept these Terms and Conditions.
Payment
Payment can be made through PayPal on the registration page or etransfer to info@pulsecheck.ca. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. Certificates will not be issued if there is any outstanding payment owing.
Cancellations
PulseCheck First Aid reserves the right to cancel the dates or alter services, but will endeavour to give as much notice as possible. In the event of this, you will be given the option to move to the next available course date or to be fully refunded.
If the booking is cancelled by the participant, the following policy applies:
You may transfer to the next available course date at any point up to 14 days prior to the course date. Switching dates is only permitted once. Beyond that participants are required to register and pay for a new course date.
Online Training
Courses that contain blended learning content are required to have the online content completed at least 24 hours prior to the course date. Participants that do not complete the online content in time will not be permitted to attend the classroom session. This will result in a fail and refunds will not be given for any reason.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for a course, or are absent from any session, we reserve the right to refuse to accept you for training if we feel you will not gain sufficient knowledge or skill in the time remaining. In all such cases, the full course fee remains payable and refunds will not be given. Transfers will not be offered, you may re-register / pay for a new course date. (To conform with Health & Safety Executive requirements for Statutory Certificates, attendance at all sessions is mandatory.)

PulseCheck First Aid Training is committed to fostering a community of inclusion where every individual feels safe, valued and empowered. Aggressive behaviour or language towards staff or participants will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the course.
